Mental Elf is open to people of all ages and abilities, such as runners, walkers, families, teams, wheelchair users and more. You can even bring the dog.

Elf costumes are encouraged and preferred but not essential. We hope to see many dressed up as elves - it's a great way to get into the festive spirit and show your support for local people. The best dressed elf will win a prize.

You could even fundraise as part of your entry and help support local people.

The course is the along Worthing seafront, from Splashpoint to Grand Avenue (the Worthing park run route) on Sunday 26 November.

Tickets: £18 for adults
£12 for under 16s
There is a discount of 20% for four or more tickets, so you can get together as a team.

Tickets include:

  • A bespoke medal for every elf
  • A free warm-up session with the Intent91 personal trainers
  • A great running/walking experience with support, cheers and well-being boosts along the way
  • That feel good feeling that comes from supporting your local mental health charity.

Every ticket sale and donation will generate vital funds to enable West Sussex Mind to support local adults and young people with their mental health.
