Here at West Sussex Mind, we understand the benefits physical activity can have on mental well-being and hope you'll feel inspired to challenge yourself to get active every day in January 2020 - in which ever way you choose. You'll be supporting us at the same time.

Whether you run, swim, cycle or choose your favourite fitness activity, set your goal and enjoy support from the RED community every step, splash and pedal of the way.
