Volunteer Administrator for our older people's service

An opportunity for a committed, organised and reliable volunteer administrator to become part of our Communities in Mind team, supporting people aged 65+ with their mental well-being.

Many of our service users have depression, anxiety and low mood and are often isolated.

Skills and requirements: use your skills to do a range of administrative and office tasks, e.g. phone, IT, paperwork and meeting people. You will need to be flexible and willing to turn your hand to whatever is needed (within reason!) to fulfill our work and help those in need.

Location: based at our Bognor Regis office, with some home working.

Hours: A minimum commitment of three to six hours per week by mutual agreement (depending on the needs of the service and your availability).

Please see below for the role profile for the Volunteer Administrator for Communities in Mind, the application form and guidance notes.

We strongly suggest that you have an informal chat with the communities in Mind older people's service coordinator, Julia Dendle, before you apply for this volunteer role.  Please call her on 07932 784979.
