Community fundraising volunteers

We are looking for people to represent us at community events

We are looking for community fundraising volunteers to assist at events and to engage with people in our community.

The roles will involve raising awareness of our organisation and taking part in fundraising opportunities locally. This would include being at our information and fundraising stalls at various events.

There are lots of possibilities for these roles such as networking with local businesses, being involved in events, taking part in supermarket collection days and supporting local people who are inspired to raise funds in aid of us.

We are looking for people who are interested in mental health and who enjoy talking to people. It is desirable, but not essential, to be a car driver.

Here at West Sussex Mind, we value the support and contribution of our volunteers and we offer some training such as basic mental health training. Two references will be required.
