Digital Service Design Lead

Are you an experienced and creative individual with strong credentials in the area of digital service design looking for an exciting and rewarding new opportunity? 

Salary: £16,103.00 to £20,884.00 (Depending on Grade and Hours)

Hours per week: 18.5-22.5

Working Pattern: Spread over 3 days can be flexible (Wednesday is a key day)

Location: This role can be based in Littlehampton, Worthing or Southwick (with travel between sites and some home working flexibility)

In this role you will take responsibility for leading the planning and delivery of a range of digital service development and design projects actively involving our service users throughout the process.  There will be lots of opportunity to use your creativity, ideas and problem solving to lead this work.

The successful candidate will:   

  • be an experienced and confident service development, design and project manager with a really sound understanding of digital platforms and technological solutions and how these can support us to extend our reach, efficiency and effectiveness when delivering mental health support services  
  • be able to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including people with mental health problems, staff and managers to lead service design projects   
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a high level of personal effectiveness and have sound team and partnership working skills. 

 We really welcome applications from individuals who have been working in a corporate or business setting and wish to make a sector change but some knowledge and experience of working in a relevant charity or mental health setting is desirable.  Please note this is not a digital marketing or communications role (although this experience may be relevant) and we are looking for someone with strong credentials in the area of service design.
