Full time salary: £24,726 for 30hrs/week (£30,907.50 full time)
Hours: 30 per week (4 days)
Contract: Permanent

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year rising to 27 days after 2 years
Location: Southwick base

Overview:

Are you looking to take the next step into management? West Sussex Mind are looking for a passionate, confident and customer focused Help Point Manager to join our team to support and develop our Help Point Service, the first point of contact for our organisation.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support, supervise and develop a team of staff and volunteer service navigators
  • Be dynamic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to create a service that is efficient and effective in supporting and responding to the needs of our customers
  • Lead on the implementation of new developments for the Help Point

As well as having experience of working with people with mental health needs, you will have some experience of developing staff and volunteers. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for excellent customer service, be able to work independently using your own initiative and work alongside the team and manager to develop the services. Perhaps you have experience line managing one or two staff and are ready to take the next step in supporting a team. You will have access to a range of training opportunities to develop your management skills and connect with other managers for peer support.
