Please see the Job Description, Person Specification and Competencies for further details.

The role of Lead Worker is a new and exciting additional role within the service.  During this recruitment drive we’ll be looking for an individual or individuals, who will have the necessary skills to fulfil the needs of a grade 3 position, with the hope to also appoint someone at a grade 4 to pick up the role as Lead Worker.

You will be able to work independently using your own initiative and be able to contribute to the development of the service.
