Passionate about mental health recovery work? Due to internal restructuring and service expansion West Sussex Mind has a number of vacancies for Mental Health Workers to join our Pathfinder team working across our Littlehampton and Worthing with people aged 18 and over – Full and Part-time, Temporary (1 year) and Permanent.

Salary: £21,547.50 (full time salary)

Hours: Full time and part time opportunities available

Location: Worthing & Littlehampton

West Sussex Mind is a local mental health charity committed to promoting mental well-being in local communities and supporting the recovery and independence of individuals we provide support to. We are looking for Mental Health Workers to join our busy and exciting mental health services.

Successful applicants will provide recovery focused 1:1 and group support and learning opportunities as well as developing peer led support within services.

As well as having some experience of working with people with mental health problems, post-holders will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for recovery focused mental health work and show that they can be a strong team player with real commitment to their work. They will also need to have initiative and be able to contribute to the direction and development of the service.
