Performance and Development Officer

Are you a motivated and organised individual with experience of handling performance data and working with CRM databases, looking for an interesting and rewarding new opportunity?

Salary: £15,000 (Full time salary £25,000)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Location : Based in Southwick and/or Worthing with potential for hybrid working. Occasional travel across West Sussex is required as part of this role.


In this new role, the Performance and Development Officer will assist the Performance and Development Manager with collating and reporting on performance data and information; helping with the development of quality assurance processes; and contributing to the management of our programme of service and operational policy reviews.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of extracting and collating data from CRM databases
  • Have strong experience of using Microsoft Excel to create and edit spreadsheets
  • Have experience of supporting other people to use CRM databases or other IT tools
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of working in partnership with colleagues and staff teams
  • Be highly organised, able to prioritise and work independently
  • Have a strong understanding of confidentiality and the principles of data protection
  • Be confident in using IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Be flexible and able to adapt their skills to meet the requirements of an organisation in a period of growth and change
