West Sussex Mind is a leading provider of mental health support and education in West Sussex, with an established track-record in the delivery of virtual learning events to all members of the community.

Salary: £21,125.00 per annum based on 25 hours per week (£16.25 per hour)

Hours: 25 hours per week

Location: Home-based but needs to be willing to travel to other locations as necessary across Sussex

Fixed Term Contract until the end of December 2022


We now have an opportunity to join the Training team to support, in collaboration with YMCA Downslink Group, the delivery of a range of virtual events for people working in educational settings and parents, families and carers in Sussex so that they may improve their skills, knowledge and understanding around self-harm in school age children and young people across East and West Sussex and Brighton and Hove.

You will be skilled in leading/managing multi-agency projects within the health and social care sector (or similar) and have experience with staging virtual events and conferences. The project manager will help to minimise cost and implementation risks, and provide the required liaison with key stakeholders and sub-contractors, documentation and everyday management of the project ensuring the project products and services are risk managed, budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner. You will also work closely with the evaluation partner for the project. You will have excellent interpersonal and IT skills.
