Autism training for professionals

These Health Education England workshops for professionals cover understanding autism, personalised physical and health support, legislation and safeguarding

Welcome to the event page for the Health Education England training programme for people supporting young people with autism and their families. The programme is being offered across the south-east including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex. The programme is open to anyone who works in this field, from any organisation, whether paid or in a voluntary capacity.

On this page you will find links to the Autism Capability Mapping for the workshops and links to resources and support offered by local Minds across the area.

We ask anyone who attends a workshop to complete a feedback form so that we can continue to make improvements to the workshops and ensure that we are offering what you need. You will find the link on this page. If you are unable to secure a place on a workshop, please join the waiting list and if a place becomes available we will contact you.

If you have any questions or concerns, or need help making a booking, please contact training@westsussexmind.org
