Menopausal women are the fastest-growing demographic in today’s workforce, with symptoms often beginning from the early 40s. Without the right awareness and support, organisations risk reduced engagement, increased absenteeism, and loss of experienced talent.
Managers and leaders play a critical role in creating a supportive, inclusive environment where employees can continue to perform and thrive.
