We are an independent local mental health charity working in West Sussex. We offer mental health services, along with associated training and support. We also work in communities to raise awareness and challenge stigma and discrimination. Our services support young people, adults, older adults, carers and families affected by mental health problems.

At West Sussex Mind we run an extensive external training programme for organisations to increase knowledge and awareness about mental health.
We offer a number of courses, covering everything from Mental Health Awareness to Counselling Skills, from Youth Mental Health First Aid to Wellbeing in the Workplace.
We can also design bespoke mental health courses to suit your needs. All our courses are affordable and flexible enough to be tailored so that they are relevant to your workforce and customers.
