Going Local Social Prescribing service - available for all residents in Adur and Worthing over the age of 18, offering practical support including tackling money, housing, work or benefits issues

Healthy Start scheme - if you're more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under four, you may be eligible for help with buying healthy food and milk (see leaflet below)

Note that there are food banks across the communities we support and our team can make a referral to them on your behalf. If you are getting support with us, ask your mental health worker to help you with this.

Ten Little Toes is a baby bank based in Cowfold, West Sussex, offering support to families and parents in crisis or facing difficult circumstances throughout Sussex.

Fighting Chance Baby Bank provides essential clothing, toys, toiletries and baby equipment in Petworth, Midhurst and surrounding areas.
