No one should have to struggle alone. With your help, we can ensure that local people facing mental health difficulties get the support and respect they deserve

West Sussex Mind is here for anyone who is struggling with their mental health. With specialist services for young people, families with young children, older people and children age 8-17, we help local people to improve their mental well-being and get their lives back on track.

"The support from West Sussex Mind has been life-changing. Before I was in survival mode. Now I’m enjoying life more and enjoying my time with my children"

People need our help more than ever. We supported 6,323 people in 2023-24 - more people than ever before - and demand for our services is growing.

With your help, we can offer more in-person sessions with our recovery workers, provide workshops on coping with mental health challenges and run vital social groups to make a real difference to people's lives.
