What's on in Littlehampton

If you're in the Littlehampton area and looking for help with your mental health, you've come to the right place. Our team offers support in person or online and runs groups to help you manage your mental health

Our Pathfinder support hub in Littlehampton offers face-to-face and online individual sessions, group sessions to socialise with others, and learning and development workshops. Scroll down to find further information about how to find and access our Littlehampton site.

As well as our online groups offered from Littlehampton, you could choose to join other online sessions which operate across our West Sussex Mind support areas, providing more opportunities to socialise and to take part in learning and development workshops.

Our group development sessions provide you with an opportunity not only to hear from others who are experiencing similar challenges but to learn from them – and share experiences and coping strategies.

In addition, we offer social activities online and in person, where you can meet others and build confidence as part of your recovery journey. In Littlehampton, these include:

  • a peer-led men's group
  • get togethers
  • mindfulness
  • crafts.

We also have private Facebook groups for adults who get help with us in Littlehampton, a separate one for young people, aged 16 to 25, who are receiving support with us in the Adur, Worthing and Arun areas, and a Facebook group for parents of young children.

Our team can help you with:

  • advice and information about your mental health and other services
  • one-to-one support to set goals, review your progress and discuss any issues you are dealing with
  • focused learning and development workshops led by staff and trained peer volunteers. Sessions will help you achieve your goals to improve your mental and physical well-being and support your personal development
  • practical help from a peer volunteer.

We are part of the Pathfinder West Sussex alliance and all our support hubs are linked to this network of mental health services across the county to help you find the support you need.
