What's on in Littlehampton

If you're in the Littlehampton area and looking for help with your mental health, you've come to the right place. Our team is now offering video calls, online video group sessions and phone support

Our Pathfinder support hub in Littlehampton is offering online one-to-one sessions, group sessions to socialise with others, and learning and development workshops.

As well as our online groups offered from Littlehampton, you could choose to join other online sessions which operate across our West Sussex Mind support areas, providing more opportunity to socialise and to take part in learning and development workshops.

We listen to what the people who get support with us say they would like to do and create our programme accordingly. Some of the groups we offer include:

  • Workshops on depression, anxiety, listening and communication, the five ways to well-being, self-esteem and more
  • Mindfulness
  • Gentle exercise
  • Reading group
  • Singing
  • Structured women's group
  • Peer-led men's group
  • Peer-led women's group
  • Scrabble
  • Quizzes.

Our specialist support for young people, aged 16 to 25 also offers online drop-ins and workshops, as does our parental mental health support group.

In addition, we're supporting people through our private Facebook groups for adults who get help with us in Littlehampton, a separate one for young people, aged 16 to 25, who are receiving support with us in the Adur, Worthing and Arun areas, and a Facebook group for parents of young children.

Our team can help you with:

  • Advice and information about your mental health and about other services
  • One-to-one support to set goals, review your progress and discuss any issues you are dealing with
  • Focused learning and development workshops (currently online) led by staff and trained peer mentors. Sessions will help you achieve your goals around improving mental and physical well-being and support your personal development
  • Access to a peer mentor. You can find out more about peer mentoring here.
