Workplace training

The workplace has changed. We've had the pandemic, a cost-of-living crisis and had to adapt to hybrid working - all against a backdrop of resignations and recruitment challenges. It's taken a toll on employees so now, more than ever, they need mental health support in the workplace.

The training was excellent! I am already sharing with colleagues some of the really useful information I got from attending. Have advised that they book themselves on as soon as possible.

Here at West Sussex Mind we can support your staff to stay well, both in the workplace and in their personal lives, through our interactive and informative professional training workshops.

We have a number of courses available (see our course catalogue for more details) - from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to topic-specific training such as men's mental health and emotional resilience - and can also provide bespoke training based on the needs of your organisation. All our courses are suitable for managers and staff in the private, public or voluntary sectors and can be delivered in person or virtually.
