Professionals supporting adults

Whether you're a charity, community group or public-sector organisation, our training can help your staff understand mental health better to support the adults they're working with more effectively

We offer a number of training courses to help your organisation support adults that may be struggling with their mental health.

This training, which is suitable for community groups, charities and public-sector organisations, will equip your staff with the skills they need to more effectively support the adults they are working with.

Courses include:

  • Adult Mental Health First Aid (we are an accredited MHFA training provider)
  • Managing change for positive mental health
  • Mental health and how to support someone (National Mind training course)
  • Supporting female neurodiversity and life changes
  • Listening skills training.

All of these courses can be delivered face to face or online, and at a time that suits your organisation.

We have a number of ready-made courses for you to choose from (see our course directory for more information), and we can also offer bespoke training based on your organisation's needs.

If you would like to discuss the training needs within your organisation, and how we can support you, please email us on training@westsussexmind.org
