Calling all elves... We are very excited to announce a fantastic festive fun event this year to raise funds for mental health.
Mental Elf will be open to people of all ages and abilities - runners, walkers, families, teams, wheelchairs and pushchairs. You can even bring the dog.
Elf costumes preferred but not essential, although we hope to see lots of you dressed up. It's the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit- all while raising money for local people who are struggling with their mental health.
£15 for adults
£10 for under 16s
£45 for family ticket - for families with up to three children
£95 for team of up to eight people - great for groups of friends or colleagues. Why not get a team from work together?

- Free goody bag for the first 100 sign-ups
- Free warm-up session with a personal trainer
- Bespoke medal for every elf
- Prize for every child who spots our special elf characters on the way

- Most importantly, that feel good feeling that comes from supporting your local mental health charity.
Every ticket sale and donation will generate vital funds to enable West Sussex Mind to support local adults and young people with their mental health.
