Last year we had 250 runners and walkers join us in support of local people's mental health – raising an incredible £9,000. This year's event promises to be even bigger and better, with live music, refreshments and food on site and Christmas stalls.
Get into the festive spirit:
Elf costumes are encouraged and preferred but not essential. We hope to see many dressed up as elves - it's a great way to get into the festive spirit and show your support for local people.
You could even fundraise as part of your entry and help support local people.
Where and when will Mental Elf take place?
Run or walk along Worthing seafront, from Splashpoint to Grand Avenue (the Worthing park run route) on Sunday 29 November.
How much does it cost?
Tickets cost from £10 and there are lots of options including family tickets and group discounts.
Sign up from now until Sunday 19 October for a 20% off Eager Elf discount. Enter the code EagerElf2026 for the discount.
Looking to sign up as a team? We have a 20% discount for four or more tickets. Please note that the eager Elf and four or more ticket discounts cannot be combined.
What does my ticket include?
Tickets include:
- An entry to the Mental Elf fun run and walk
- A bespoke medal for every elf
- A great running/walking experience with support, cheers and well-being boosts along the way
- That feel good feeling that comes from supporting your local mental health charity.
As our primary fundraising event of the year, the Mental Elf fun run and walk is very important to us. Every ticket sale and donation will generate vital funds to enable West Sussex Mind to support local adults and young people with their mental health.
