A course of five online sessions to help expectant parents get the most out of the pre-natal experience
Session 1: Expectations, Shoulds and Oughts: work out where you are on your parent journey, your expectations, 'shoulds and oughts'.
Session 2: Understanding your feelings: start to understand your feelings and find out that however confused we sometimes feel, we’re not alone!
Session 3: The Vicious Cycle: work out why you feel as you do and discover the thoughts behind your feelings and what you need to do to feel better.
Session 4: Bonding with your baby: wherever you go, your baby goes, so why not start the conversation with them now.
Session 5: Planning for the arrival: create a new birth plan to give you a sense of control throughout the birth and afterwards.

Enjoy your Baby
A course of five sessions for parents of babies from birth to 18 months
This enjoyable course can help mums and dads make positive changes in their lives and start to enjoy new parenthood. With the help of this course, participants will learn how to improve their feelings when they feel low, worried or hopeless and will learn skills that help them tackle problems in their lives.
This course is available both online and in person across Arun, Adur and Worthing. Register for the online version below or for the in-person sessions please email:

The content includes:
- why do I feel like I do? How to change things around.
- making positive changes
- building closeness with baby
- staying calm
- discovering thoughts that make you feel worse
- how to get a better night's sleep
- problem solving
- how to set goals
- planning for the future.
Come and join a small group of parents (babies welcome) with one of the team to explore the course together in a safe and supportive environment.
Enjoy your Infant
A course of four sessions to help mums and dads with children aged 18 months to four years old
Session 1: Understanding feelings: reflect on your relationship with your infant and start to understand their feelings.
Session 2: Understanding and responding to your infant: make sense of why your child reacts the way they do and think about our response.
Session 3: Becoming an expert builder: build on your relationship by looking at the helpful and unhelpful things we do.
Session 4: Building through play: understand how you both lead play sessions and ways you can build your understanding and skills.
