What's on in Worthing

If you're in the Worthing area and looking for help with your mental health, you've come to the right place. Our team offers support in person, on the phone or via video call and runs groups to help you better manage your mental health

Our Pathfinder support hub in Worthing offers face-to-face and online individual sessions, group sessions to socialise with others and learning and development workshops.

We run group development sessions, where you can learn coping strategies to help you manage your mental well-being and build self-esteem. We also offer a wide range of workshops, including five ways to well-being and listening and communication skills.

Our group sessions provide you with an opportunity not only to hear from others who are facing similar challenges, but to learn from them and share experiences and coping strategies.

In addition, we offer social activities where you can meet others and build confidence as part of your recovery journey. Our face-to-face and online social activities available in Worthing include:

  • get togethers
  • photography
  • quizzes
  • drawing
  • mindfulness.

For the full programme, see our social activities timetable

We also have a private Facebook group for people who get support with us in the Worthing and Adur areas.

Our team can help you with:

  • advice and information about your mental health and other services
  • one-to-one support to set goals, review your progress and discuss any issues you are dealing with
  • focused learning and development workshops, led by staff and trained peer volunteers. Sessions will help you achieve your goals to improve your mental and physical well-being and support your personal development.
