Fifteen-year-old Jess baked an incredible 500 cookies to raise money for West Sussex Mind, selling them to neighbours and friends. The busy baker decided to put on her pinny when Durrington High School suggested pupils do a 500 challenge over lockdown.
She said: "I do a lot of baking and my favourite thing to make is cookies. I made chocolate chip, some ginger, peanut butter cookies and white choc chip."
