Our Pathfinder Chanctonbury support hub is offering online one-to-one sessions, group sessions to socialise with others, and learning and development workshops.
The current weekly online groups include:
- Monday meditation: a relaxing way to start the week with a guided meditation. We start the session with a check-in to see how you are and then run a 10 minute meditation session. This is then followed by another check-in to see how the session went for you and your plans for the week ahead.
- Virtual drop-in every Wednesday: 'safe virtual space' and an opportunity to meet other people and have a chat about how you’re managing at the moment, share techniques and also bring along some arts or crafts to complete during the session.
- Virtual quiz on a Friday
- A private Facebook group for people who get support with us in the Chanctonbury area.
We also have one-off workshops on:
- Managing self-isolation and social distancing: How do we manage our worry and anxiety at this time, what might help and how do we structure our days? Join us for a 75 minute workshop with opportunity to discuss the tips and share your thoughts.
- Crisis planning workshop: Become better informed about a mental health crisis and how to manage before, during and after and how a crisis has changed as we self-isolate
- Introduction to Five Ways to Well-being: looking at the Five Ways to Well-being model, the benefits and how it can be utilised during self-isolating
- Understanding depression: looking at how to make sense of depression and ways to manage its overwhelming effects
- Self-care: why it matters: aspects of self-care and how self-care is linked to our physical and mental health
- Book folding: A craft workshop on the art of folding pages of a book and creating visual images.
Our team can also help you with:
