We've created a brand new position on our senior leadership team to help develop and shape our support services at a time of growing demand and greater partnership working for community mental health services. Could you join us at this exciting time?

We’ve seen substantial growth at West Sussex Mind since the pandemic, with increased demand for our mental health support, and we are supporting more people than ever before across West Sussex.

At the same time, there are greater opportunities for us to work with the NHS, councils and voluntary sector partners to help us support more people and to develop and transform community mental health.

That’s why we have created a brand new position, Head of Mental Health Support, to join our senior leadership team to respond to, and lead on developing our support, in this changing environment.

This person will be a dynamic and creative leader and manager, who will drive forward the development, transformation and quality assurance of our mental health support services, working with NHS and other voluntary and community sector partners to achieve this.

Could you join us in this pivotal role at a crucial time in our development?

A professional qualification in mental health work and practice is a requirement, as well as significant experience of - and interest in - managing and developing mental health services.
