Find facts, figures and stories about the last year at our charity in our digital Impact Report. The report gives a great overview of what we've achieved during 2024-25 and how we've helped improve people's wellbeing in our community.
In a year in which we've supported more people than ever before, we're proud to launch our Impact Report for 2024-25. The report highlights the difference we've made in the community through the stories of the people we help
This year, there's a video introduction to the report from our CEO and deputy CEO and a spotlight feature on the services we run to help children and young people's mental health. You'll also find videos and links, featuring service user stories and highlighting particular services.
To give you a flavour, here are some of our headline figures (there are lots more inside the report!):
- 7,766 people supported across West Sussex (more people than ever before and testament to expansion and innovation in our services to meet growing demand)
- 32,759 individual and group interventions, where people who use our services get one-to-one support or take part in group activities
- 9,429 people trained by us
- 524 people experiencing mental health crisis helped by Staying Well Worthing
- 9,547 calls answered by Help Point for advice, information and support
- 1,428 under-25s supported across all our services.
West Sussex Mind's CEO, Kerrin Page, said: "It's always an immense pleasure to launch our Impact Report and to share all the amazing things our employees, trustees, volunteers and supporters have achieved in the last year, highlighting the difference our work has made to people's lives.
"The year hasn't been without its challenges. We continue to experience increasing demand for our services and know that people's mental health needs are increasing. It's also a complex time of change in the Sussex health system. We are committed to continue supporting as many people as we can, working towards the goals highlighted in our new five-year strategy, in partnership with the NHS and our voluntary sector partners."
We hope that you enjoy reading our Impact Report and finding out about our work.
