This free training has been funded specifically to support young people that are living in the Manhood Peninsula area. There are courses available for Parents & Carers and for Professionals.

Living Works START Suicide Prevention

This is an e-Learning Course run by LivingWorks and is open to anyone living or supporting young people in the Manhood Peninsula. You must be aged 16 or over.

Online Youth Mental Health First Aid - now available to book!

Youth Mental Health First Aid courses are for everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18. They will give you the skills and confidence to spot the signs of mental health issues in a young person, to offer first aid, and to guide the young person towards the support they need. In doing so, you can speed up a young person’s recovery and stop a mental health issue from getting worse.

The MHFA consists of four x 4 hour live sessions with a qualified course instructor as follows:

Session 1: Monday 30th November, 9.30am - 1.30pm

Session 2: Wednesday 2nd December, 9.30am - 1.30pm

Session 3: Monday 7th December, 9.30am - 1.30pm

Session 4: Wednesday 9th December, 9.30am - 1.30pm
