Peer support for people with long-term mental health problems in Littlehampton

If you live in Littlehampton and struggle with your mental health on an ongoing basis, speak to our peer supporters who can help you get the support you need

Our peer support service can help you to manage your mental health and build coping strategies through one-to-one support in person or online.

Our peer supporters have experience of living with a mental health issue themselves, giving them a unique insight into the challenges you face. They treat you as an individual and can help you get help with other practical issues you may be grappling with, for example, physical illness, housing issues or debt.

You may have a long-term physical health problem, find it difficult to get out of the house or you may feel isolated. There may be language or cultural barriers to you getting help. All of these things can make it more difficult for you to maintain or manage your mental health. We understand that and we want to help you get the assistance you need.

We offer support in person at the following venues in Littlehampton:

  • All Saints Church in Littlehampton - 154 Wick Street, Wick, Littlehampton, BN17 7JT
  • Creative Heart community café in Littlehampton - 42 Beach Rd, Littlehampton BN17 5HT
  • West Sussex Mind Littlehampton - 23 Maltravers Dr, Littlehampton BN17 5EY

We can also offer one-to-one sessions online, according to your needs.
