No one should have to struggle alone. With your help, we can ensure that local people facing mental health difficulties get the support and respect they deserve

West Sussex Mind is here for anyone who is struggling with their mental health. We help local people to improve their mental well-being and get their lives back on track.

People need our help more than ever. We supported 7,766 people in 2024-25 – more people in a single year than in our 55-year history – and demand for our services is growing. With your help, we can offer more in-person sessions with our recovery workers, provide workshops on coping with mental health challenges and run vital social groups to make a real difference to people's lives.

"The support from West Sussex Mind has been life-changing. Before I was in survival mode. Now I’m enjoying life and my time with my children"
