Whether it's for personal development, a team building activity or both- our firewalk is a great way to show your support for good mental wellbeing under the supervision and safety of trained professionals.
What is a firewalk?
Put simply, a firewalk is a barefoot walk over a bed of hot embers, stones or coals. Our firewalk is over hot coals!
However, a firewalk is more than a walk over hot coals. It is a practice celebrated by many cultures in different time periods as a highly rewarding experience of personal development and initiation.
When is the firewalk?
The firewalk is on the 20 September from 6pm until 9pm (including a 30 minute instructional talk).
Where is the firewalk?
The firewalk is at the Worthing Rugby Club, The Ruby Park, Roundstone Lane, Angmering, West Sussex. BN16 4AX.
Who can take part?
People over the age of 12 who can walk unaided are able to participate.
How much is the firewalk?
It costs £25 to participate with a commitment to fundraise £50 in support of local people's mental health.
