Number of roles: 3 (2x Arun, 1x Rural North Chichester - Petworth and Pulborough)
Full Time Salary: £29,991 per annum (pro-rata for part time roles)
Hours: Dependent on role/location -
Arun – 1 x 22.5 per week (Bognor location) and 1 x 18.5 hours per week (Littlehampton location)
Rural North Chichester (Petworth and Pulborough) – 1 x 22.5 hours per week post
Location: Arun area or Rural North Chichester (Petworth and Pulborough) - dependent on role
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year rising to 27 days after 2 years (pro-rata for part time role)

Overview
West Sussex Mind (WS Mind) provides mental health services across coastal West Sussex as part of Pathfinder. Services work in GP surgeries or the wider community to form part of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams. We offer recovery focused one-to-one and group support alongside social activities across Adur, Arun, Worthing and Chichester Districts.
Our Work
The successful candidate will work to provide one-to-one and group goal-focused mental health support, in person, by phone or online. You will work alongside our wider Neighbourhood Mental Health teams including GP based Pathfinder clinicians as part of a multi-agency approach to supporting people’s strengths and needs
Roles will include liaising with partners and professionals, including signposting service users to other organisations. The three roles will be based within our GP surgeries in either Bognor, Littlehampton or Petworth and Pulborough.
About You
We are looking for strong team players who are committed to recovery practice and are:
· Experienced in supporting adults with their mental health
· Can build trust with people and co-produce needs assessments and goal focussed person-centred support plans
· Able to confidently work independently and as part of a wider team
· Have strong commitment to personal development
