This May fundraise in the comfort of your own home whilst participating in a hobby you love!
Choose a mindful activity and challenge yourself to do it for 24 hours over a 36 or 48 hour period (sleep is important!) in the comfort of your own home.
Running during Mental Health Awareness Week, from 11th May, all money raised through the mindful activity challenge will go towards supporting people in West Sussex with their mental health.
You have total freedom over what type of mindful challenge you opt to do!
However, if you're struggling for ideas, you could consider one of the following activities listed below.
Mindful activity examples
- Reading
- Writing
- Painting
- Colouring

Why fundraise for West Sussex Mind
As an independent and local charity, we support people with their mental health, provide specialist training and campaign to improve services and promote understanding. By fundraising for us, you are helping us continue our vital services, reach more adults and young people and meet the growing need for mental health support.
