Hours: 37.5 (full-time) hours per week

Salary: £26,559 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until December 2026

Overview:

West Sussex Mind and SPFT have jointly commissioned these exciting new roles working within the Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) across Coastal West Sussex.

The Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) is a mental health team that offers a commitment to supporting people with psychosis and unusual distressing experiences. We work collaboratively with people to deliver personalised rehabilitation in their local area to support a personally meaningful recovery, improve quality of life and enable social inclusion and participation in the wider community to achieve personal recovery goals.

The team works in partnership with the individual, their families, friends and carers. They also work alongside other agencies to support recovery and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about supporting people with psychosis, throughout their recovery.
  • Work in partnership with the multidisciplinary team to support people to achieve their personal recovery goals.
  • Develop links and signposting to other agencies, both statutory and voluntary sector partners.
  • Provide practical help and support to the people on their caseload, for example, attending an appointment or group with them.
  • Work creatively to develop personalised interventions alongside the clinical team.

If you have experience of:

  • Working with people with complex mental health needs.
  • Working independently, using your own initiative as well as being part of a team.
  • Caseload management.
  • Supporting people to achieve their recovery focused goals.
