About the group

This is a mental health discussion group on the lived experience of being a man. It is open to everyone to talk, really talk about the issues that affect them most. The group is open, positive and there is a lot of laughter.

The group will ideally be led by 2 co-facilitators, with at least one who has lived experience of being a man and facing mental health challenges. It is a semi-structured group with a weekly topic focus selected by the facilitator(s), it is a time-limited, not open-ended group running on an approximately a 6-8 week rotation.
