What is the September Swim?

The September Swim is our annual swimming challenge!

We invite you to participate- by participating you will be getting active, supporting your own mental health and fundraising to help people in your local community.

How much does it cost to sign up?

To sign up for our 5k it costs £15 with a target to fundraise £100. For our 10k it costs £17 to sign up with a target of fundraising £150.

What do I receive for signing up?

You'll receive a branded swimming hat, a swimming calendar to record your progress and access to our fundraising platform so that friends and family can donate.

When is the September Swim?

As the name suggests, the September Swim takes place in September 2025 and you work towards your target distance of 5k (or more!) throughout the month.

Why support West Sussex Mind?

We are an independent local charity. We support people with their mental health, provide specialist training and campaign to improve services and promote understanding. By fundraising for us, you are helping us continue our vital services, reach more adults and young people and meet the growing need for mental health support.
