Our mental wellbeing plays a vital role in our everyday life. In the same way that we depend on our physical wellbeing to live, so do we on our mental wellbeing.
The Mental Elf wellbeing challenge is a great way for young people to learn the importance of good mental wellbeing by taking part in group activities and working together to complete a range of challenges, and also learning to overcome difficulties.

Date of the Mental Elf wellbeing challenge:
The Mental Elf wellbeing challenge is throughout all of December. Simply choose what date works best in the month for your school, group or club.
Why should I take part?
One in five classroom aged children are now experiencing a mental health condition, currently we can't be there for everyone, but with your help we can try to reach more people.
The Mental Elf Challenge is a great way to fundraise with your school, group or club in aid of local young people's mental health.
The Mental Elf Challenge is separate from but related to our Mental Elf event, which is our largest fundraising event of the year.
All money fundraised and donated generates vital funds which enable us to support local adults and young people with their mental health.
