Getting help

We support people of all ages, carers and families who are affected by mental health problems. Please get in touch if you are struggling with how you're feeling

If you have mental health issues of any sort or are struggling with how you are feeling, you have come to the right place. West Sussex Mind is here to ensure you have somewhere to turn for help and advice.

We can help with problems ranging from anxiety, stress and depression to bi-polar disorder, psychosis, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and schizophrenia.

But you don't need to have a mental illness diagnosis to get support with us. Perhaps you're under strain and feeling unable to cope, struggling with depression or having trouble getting over a bereavement. Maybe you've been self-harming or have an eating disorder.

So, whether you’ve just started to have difficulties, face long-term issues or are supporting a family member, we can support you directly or advise you where to find information and further help. Have a look at this video to find out what to expect when you get support with us.

Call our Help Point on 0300 303 5652
(Mon to Fri, 10am – 4pm) or email helppoint@westsussexmind.org
