Become a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®)

You can be equipped to help people with this internationally-recognised and accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course

We offer a half day awareness, one-day Champions and the new two-day full Mental Health First Aider courses for delivery in-house at your workplace.

There are virtual and face-to-face options with new resource manuals and a free support app for all delegates. Half-day refresher courses for staff who completed the two-day course more than three years ago are also available – just ask our team for details.

The two-day course has been updated to include a focus on inclusion and diversity, with updated statistics and a much deeper understanding of the impact of intersectionality on mental health. This will bring a greater understanding to first aiders about how to create an inclusive workplace culture and support everybody within the organisation.

The sessions are a mix of presentations, group interaction and activities. Our instructors provide a safe learning environment and are trained to support you throughout the whole course. There is no pressure to take part in anything with which you are not comfortable.
