Customer support and mental health - National Mind CPD accredited course

This course has been developed by National Mind and is CPD accredited

This course is for anyone whose role brings them into direct contact with customers either face-to-face, over the phone or online. It will increase your understanding of mental health problems and how this can impact customers, business contacts or clients.

The course aims to:

  • Raise awareness of mental health and how it can vary
  • Explain how mental health problems can impact us and our customers
  • Understand how best to respond to and support customers
  • Understand how to care for your own mental health and wellbeing at work
  • Provide sources of support and information
  • Share practical tips for supporting people

A full day in-person training session costs £2,200 and a half-day virtual training course costs £1,300 for up to 16 people. We have subsidised rates for statutory bodies and registered charities.
