Managing mental health at work - National Mind CPD accredited course

This course has been developed by National Mind and is CPD accredited

Are you a line manager and keen to support staff wellbeing at work? This course will help you to recognise when a staff member needs support and what you can do to help them.

The course aims to:

  • Raise awareness of mental health among managers
  • Build understanding of different mental health problems
  • Explore how to build resilience and support people in the workplace
  • Build skills to look after yourself when supporting others
  • Outline the manager’s role in building a supportive culture at work
  • Provide sources of support and information

A full day in-person training session costs £2,200 and a half-day virtual training course costs £1,300 for up to 16 people. We have subsidised rates for statutory bodies and registered charities.
